Adecco is recruiting for an Experienced Accounting Administrator
to work for one of the Best Service Companies in Idaho, this
company will provide you with a unique opportunity for continuous
learning. The successful candidate will have responsibilities for
posting payments from numerous manufacturers, providing exceptional
customer service through correspondence and communication with
customers, leasing companies, and manufacturers on various invoice
issues, accuracy is a must! You will create invoices upon request,
manage and track accounting and corresponding sales reporting. Job
Print service, sales, and contract invoices, manage daily auditing
and electronic delivery.
Correspond with providers to fix lease/contract issues.
Post national compensation for installations, service contracts,
and credits from manufacturers.
Reconcile suspension accounts monthly.
Assist in month end closing.
Provide backup for all supply fulfillment.
Complete customer account reviews.
4 year degree or 1-3 years of general accounting experience
Accounting degree preferred but not required
Proficient in data entry, including strong Microsoft Excel
