Configure data in our M3 Manufacturing ERP system. Provide Corporate leadership as well as Manufacturing operations with reporting and analysis data modeling. Conduct complex data mining and analysis to solve a variety of cross-group Manufacturing and Sourcing business issues. The position will be based in Boise, ID, there is an option for remote work and location must be within commuting distance at one of our other three corporate offices - Pleasanton, CA, Phoenix, AZ, or Plano, TX.Main responsibilitiesData Configuration - 40% --- Collaborate with the business to update and configure data in a systematic and controlled manner --- Accurately interpret and input costing and pricing configuration data into our M3 ERP system --- Partner with Product Development, Sales, FP&A and Manufacturing Operations teams on data setup needs --- Research and implement data configuration opportunities in our M3 Manufacturing ERP partnering with IT Partner with IT, operations, Sales & FP&A, and 3rd party consultants to gain understanding and drive solutions on upstream and downstream data opportunities and challenges --- Partner with IT and the business to design and implement M3 homepages and workflow process solutionsData Modeling, Reporting & Analysis- 40% --- Design and develop analytical dashboards utilizing MS Power BI, MS Power Query and SQL --- Consult with business users to document business needs and document and design reports and dashboards to solve those business needs --- Use data for analysis utilizing statistical techniques to develop data driven solutions to business requests --- Gather data from multiple sources across the enterprise and present information for actionable insights --- Develops and implements innovative systematic analytical methodologies and support tools for evaluating company processes, business problems, and/or ROI of products --- Presents results of complex analysis and recommendations to senior management, using presentations, charts, graphs, etc. --- Create ad-hoc customized reports for a variety of needs/functions --- Develop key performance indicator models that compare to projections enabling the business to identify potential issues accelerating the analysis and decision-making processesLeadership & Project Management - 20% --- Ability to provide analytical support and insight to a variety of Sourcing, Manufacturing and Sales initiatives --- Capability to manage project plans, key milestones, and work cross-functionally to hold people to deadlines on a variety of different initiatives What we are searching for

  • B.A./B.S. degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, or another related field preferred
  • 2 years of experience with a major grocery retail chain, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or national vendors of packaged foods preferred
  • 4 years of experience in sourcing, finance, financial reporting/analysis preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL to write complex, highly optimized queries across large volumes of data
  • Experience with Power BI, QlikView, Tableau or equivalent solutions to create impactful reports and interactive dashboards
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must
  • Experience in multiple facets of Manufacturing & Supply Chain including Procurement, Finance, Logistics and Warehousing a plus
  • Highly motivated problem solver with high degree of initiative and sense of urgency
  • Ability to work with very little direction and take projects to the next level and answer for the "next question"
  • Keen ability to handle large data sets and synthesize into meaningful business information for decision making
  • Outstanding collaboration skills required
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, and comfort presenting to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of business programs/initiatives in response to changing priorities
  • Travel requirements: Travel dependent on where position is located. In Boise, the travel is minimal. Travel at least quarterly at other corporate locations.
