Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound collection calls and handling inbound collection
calls on accounts past due up to 60 days
Reviewing, assessing, and resolving delinquent credit card and
consumer loan accounts
Maintaining accurate documentation of collection efforts and making
acceptable arrangements to resolve past due loans
Required Qualifications:
High school education or GED equivalent
One year customer service experience preferred, preferably in
collections
Six months work experience with problem solving and critical
thinking skills
Knowledge and working experience in a call center environment
preferred
