Job Description:
Full-time Description WE ARE HIRING! We are seeking a motivated
and professional Mid-Stage Mortgage Collector to join our team.
This role works directly with borrowers who are 60–89 days past due
on their mortgage payments to identify resolution options and
prevent further delinquency. The successful candidate will balance
effective collection practices with borrower advocacy by providing
education, counseling, and customized payment solutions in a
respectful and compliant manner. Strong communication skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to manage a portfolio while
meeting performance goals are essential. In This Role, You Will:
Initiate outbound and receive inbound phone calls from borrowers
who are 60–89 days delinquent, negotiating payment arrangements and
maintaining a high standard of quality during every call Develop
and implement customized payment plans to resolve delinquency and
prevent accounts from progressing to late stage Review borrowers
for Home Retention Programs based on loan type and determine
eligibility for available assistance options Ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements, including FDCPA, RESPA, and FCRA, while
issuing demand letters and managing required timelines Monitor
assigned portfolio performance, maintain a downward trend in roll
rates, and meet established department goals and standards Other

of experience as an Early Stage Counselor, Mortgage Collections, or
equivalent experience required 1–3 years of experience in
collections, loan servicing, or a related field preferred Strong
verbal communication and interpersonal skills Excellent
organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability
to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and
attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent required
Salary Description $21.00/hour
