Job Description:

The Marketing and Promotions Associate will work closely with our local marketing team to create and carry out the company's overall marketing strategy.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out operational tasks and marketing strategies in accordance with business requirements.
• Participate in management-provided product/service knowledge training for on-site staff.
• execute product presentation instructions in accordance with sales team standards.
• Answer any queries that customers may have about the featured client products or services.
• Learn about the marketing and branding tactics used by any new customers the organization brings on. Use your understanding of the product and brand to create marketing plans that are unique for each customer.
• Provide the best possible customer service, which will boost productivity and help you reach your sales targets.
• Learn about the marketing strategies used in each promotional campaign.
• Whenever necessary, provide the marketing manager with day-to-day administrative help.REQUIREMENTS:
  • One year of experience in settings linked to sales, marketing, advertising, events, or retail is a plus. -
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Good planning and organizing abilities
  • Result-oriented and self-driven
  • Having the flexibility to work weekends for events and marketing
  • Good ability to manage time and to stick to a schedule
