The role of the Boise Marketing Specialist involves the development, implementation, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for Geronimo Hospitality Group's west coast brands. These brands include The Warehouse Food Hall, CAMP Cocktail Bar, The Loading Dock, and Hotel Santa Barbara. In addition, this position will oversee the brand development and onboarding of three new brands in 2024: Hotel Renegade, Baraboo Supper Club, and The Highlander. The role requires continual interface with the brand marketing team at corporate office, potential agencies, individual property managers and other functional teams within Geronimo Hospitality Group.Your primary responsibilities are to develop and manage multiple marketing assignments across all assigned brands and to act as a leader and facilitator to build brand image and support revenue generation. EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Manage and coordinate all individual brand marketing initiatives and efforts including, but not limited to: Content calendars Design tasks Email marketing Public relations Content development Social media Print & digital ad campaigns
  • Leverage internal design, public relations and content teams to complete projects & tasks in a timely manner
  • Become the primary liaison between individual brands and internal marketing teams
  • Regularly meet with brand property managers to identify how marketing can have a positive effect on goals
  • Monitor performance and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders
  • Ensure we are delivering effective and consistent content voice across all assets
  • Continually update and maintain databases of past guests
  • Planning and execution of all brand organic and paid social media content
  • Assist with gathering content and photos for each brand when needed
  • Additional media responsibilities include: Manage photo and video shoots
    • Effectively manage marketing plans & budgeted items

      • You have a high school diploma or equivalent
      • You have previous coordination experience; strong administrative and organizational skills
      • You are effective at project management with a sound understanding of marketing principles
      • You possess excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
      • You have demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
      • You have knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
      • You are proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
      • You are proficient in Google Analytics
      • You are proficient in social media technology and scheduling tools (Sprout)
      • You have previous history with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp)
