Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in
school-based therapy services in Caldwell, OH. This role supports
students in educational settings, providing essential OT
interventions to promote their learning and developmental success.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to
students within school environments. Develop individualized
treatment plans to address students needs. Collaborate with
educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student
progress. Serve between 20 to 40 students, depending on assignment.
Provide services across 1 or 2 school sites, adaptable based on
caseload. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school
policies and state regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Licensed
Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings.
Strong understanding of educational and therapeutic assessments.
Ability to design and implement individualized education plans
(IEPs). Effective communication skills with students, staff, and
families. Flexibility to manage varying caseloads and multiple
