moment with us.Group/DivisionThe Customer Engagement (CE) team is
our field based, customer facing organization consisting of
Technical Engagement Managers and Application Engineers. The team
partners closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive
portfolio of products, software, and expertise, to help customers
manage yield throughout their fabrication process-from research and
development to final volume production. Responsibilities of this
group include maintaining strategic client relationships,
partnering with our sales team in identifying and closing sales
opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities
& expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield
performance, and collecting requirements for future products by
understanding customer processes and technology trends. Partnering
with our sales organization and factory divisions, this diverse and
dynamic team helps ensure alignment between customer needs and
product offerings to maintain a high level of customer
satisfaction.Job Description/Preferred
QualificationsResponsibilities
- Responsible for providing technical applications support for
the development and implementation of KLA products in customer
fabrication facilities
- Makes presentations on all aspects of products
- Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of
company products to meet customer technical requirements and
preparing detailed product specifications
- Implements customer installation plans
- Provides follow-up support in training customers and
disseminating technical information on specific applications
- Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data
requires an in depth evaluation, design of experiments, and
communication between customers and specialists
- Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and
policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion
for obtaining resultsPreferred Qualifications
- MS / Ph.D. preferred in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering,
Optics, Material Science or a related field.
- Candidate should have experience in the semiconductor
fabrication industry, or equivalent experience and education
- Candidate must be well organized and professional with strong
project management skills - including the ability to manage
numerous projects at once
- Candidate shows persistence and dedication to understanding and
solving critical customer problems
- Candidate will have strong analytical problem solving
skills
- Teamwork is critical so having a good balance between technical
skills and people skills is a must.
- Experience with Data analysis tools (Excel, JMP or
equivalent)
- Semiconductor device application and characterization
- Photolithography and Overlay (IBO, DBO, SEM -OVL)
- Familiar with cleanroom protocols.Minimum
QualificationsMaster's Level Degree and 0 years related work
experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of
2 yearsBase Pay Range: $80,600.00 - $137,000.00 AnnuallyPrimary
