Job Description:
Constellation, a leading provider of integrated energy
solutions, is seeking a dedicated Wind/Solar O&M Service
Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in
ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our wind and solar
energy installations throughout the United States. The successful
candidate will be responsible for the daily operations and
maintenance of wind and solar facilities, ensuring they operate at
peak efficiency and adhere to safety standards. This position
offers the unique opportunity to work in a growing sector committed
to sustainable energy practices and innovation. Perform regular
inspections and preventive maintenance on wind turbines and solar
panels, and associated equipment. Identify, diagnose, and resolve
operational issues in wind and solar installations. Record and
report all maintenance activities accurately and timely. Comply
with all safety guidelines and regulations during onsite
maintenance. Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance
system efficiency and sustainability. Provide training and support
to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and safety. In-depth knowledge of mechanical and
electrical systems in renewable energy, particularly wind turbines
and solar panels. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving
skills. Proficiency with industry-specific tools and technology.
Effective communication and documentation skills. Ability to work
in diverse weather conditions and at heights. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance &
Reliability Technician (CMRT) preferred. OSHA Safety Certification
in industrial work environments.
