If so, this role will allow you to collaborate with key stakeholders and the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) team to develop and execute holistic strategies to make a difference for Micron team members. As a Sr. Program Manager, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion at Micron Technology, you will work with the global Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams to drive our Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Initiatives globally. Reporting into the Vice President of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, you will be responsible for the design, development and integration of globally relevant strategies that align to Micron s enterprise-wide Diversity, Equality and Inclusion strategy. Responsibilities_Include,_But_Not_Limited_To * Utilize technology and standard methodologies to develop new programs and processes to attract diverse talent to improve the top of funnel diverse pipeline across all functions. * Own and drive creative sourcing strategies in partnership with the TA team to drive diversity * Advocate, educate and influence leaders and business partners on the diversity strategy, process, engagement and conversion of talent throughout the candidate lifecycle * Maintain close relationships with recruiting leaders, D&I, and business partners to drive diversity recruiting strategies across lines of businesses * Own the global Underrepresented Groups Sponsorship Program, including nomination, selection, event management, stakeholder communication and success metrics * Partner with Talent Management to review our Performance Management and Talent Review processes and develop and execute strategies and programs to drive equal opportunity for our team members * Report and present on all recruiting diversity initiatives quarterly to share impact of the strategy including additional proposals for continued improvement and areas of opportunity * Build success metrics for all D&I Talent strategies including pipeline efficiency, conversion metrics, and ROI of various D&I recruiting programs * Partner with the DEI data analyst and the People Analytics Team to report progress on the advancement of diversity initiatives, diversity demographics and progress reflected in performance management and compensation outcomes, promotions, and high potential development * Apply benchmarks, best practices, and metrics for measuring the impact of our programs Qualifications and Requirements: * 8+ years of Diversity & Inclusion experience or related experience in HR, Talent Management or Program Management * Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling global programs with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders * Expert facilitation skills with experience developing and delivering locally-relevant diversity content * Proven ability to work with and influence all levels of management as a tactical and strategic partner, coach and advisor * Excellent communication skills; ability to influence and build trusting relationships * Ability to interpret data and transform those insights into measurable strategies * Prior experience working in a large, global organization a must * Ability to follow assignments through to completion with a bias towards action * Ability to travel About Us As the leader in innovative memory solutions, Micron is helping the world make sense of data by delivering technology that is transforming how the world uses information.
