Log In Here Change Management Business Partner Category Professional Department 8251-OPS&CLN INTEGRATION EXC (OCIE) Position Type Full-Time Work Schedule DAY Location Name 815 E Park Blvd, Boise, ID Requisition ID 2021-42922 Overview St. Luke's Health System in Boise is seeking a Change Management Business Partner to join our Operational and Clinical Integration Excellence team. Position Summary The Operational and Clinical Integration Excellence (OCIE) Department is designed to support the identification and delivery of the highest priority initiatives across the organization aligned to the mission, vision and strategic objectives of St. Luke's. The OCIE is responsible for the maturity and development of the capabilities delivered through the core competencies of:
                  • Portfolio management: provides system oversight of portfolio activities including monitoring and benefit realization across all initiatives
                  • Centralized intake: facilitates review of organizational initiatives anchored to clear and established priority, urgency and value criteria
                  • Portfolio delivery: designs, plans and supports execution of transformational and brand experience initiatives
                  • Change management and program communication
                  • Decision support: provides performance data to support timely, data driven decision making The OCIE Business Partner- Change Management serves as a strategic partner to portfolio managers, business sponsors and leaders to support effective execution and adoption of key initiatives. The OCIE Business Partner- Change Management collaborates with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify change management needs for OCIE initiatives. They develop and manage change management plans that are relevant, valid, and appropriate for the target audience and perform quality reviews of strategic and tactical change deliverables. In addition, they develop and implement change management strategies, interventions and tools to support internal initiatives, partnering directly with project teams and leaders to integrate change management into the way we deliver work. Responsibilities
                    • Develop, implement, and iterate the organization's framework for one or more of the following: governance, portfolio management, benefits realization standards, and communication/change management.
                    • Provide consultative services across all areas of the organization with one or more of the following focuses: to improve performance within governance, portfolio management, assess/monitor the risk of portfolio programs, and communication/change management.
                    • Assess and recommend corrective actions to address performance gaps (scope, schedule, budget, risk) for high impact project and programs.
                    • Leads through influence to create meaningful change throughout the organization.
                    • Supports and maximizes the business units' operational and strategic performance delivering services that ensure high level customer service. Builds strong rapport and trust with stakeholders and cross functional teams to achieve the credibility to enable challenging discussions around performance.
                    • Develops solutions to complex problems, requiring a high degree of acumen and understanding of the business.
                      Provides ongoing education for front-line leaders and business unit leadership, helping to build business acumen.
                    • Works with leaders to identify standard risk assessment policies and interfaces with the organization's risk resources to ensure risks are appropriately measured and reported.
                    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications
                      • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related field; or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
