Corporate Organizational Development Manager
Amalgamated Sugar Company - Boise, Idaho

Amalgamated Sugar Company is seeking a Corporate Organizational Development Manager at our corporate office in Boise, Idaho to assist the Corporate Director of HR with the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Company's human resources functions.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Establish a strategic direction for the Company's learning and development program in collaboration with the Director of HR, District HR Managers, and leaders in our Operations team to include training materials and recommendations of appropriate training methods or activities.
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements Company's uniform leadership training initiative.
- Assist management in assessing instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
- Create, manage, and maintain the Learning Management System, including ensuring all employee records and transcripts are kept up to date, providing appropriate reporting to department heads, and monitor required compliance courses.
- Facilitate employee retention initiatives (i.e. Stay Interviews; Development Planning; Job Enrichment).
- Works closely with all departments with regards to all personnel functions.
- Work closely with all functions of HR to include benefit administration, recruiting, labor relations, and HRIS.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
- Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
- Perform other related duties as required.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field preferred. CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP preferred.
- 5-10 years' experience in the HR field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience dealing with labor unions helpful.
- Or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
