The Global Procurement (GP) Strategy team is comprised of Talent
Development, Communications and Strategic Program Management. Our
collective mission is to drive team member engagement,
collaborative supplier relationships, and the continued development
of GP team members - all to enable GP to deliver on our key
priorities of best-in-class cost, supply assurance, scale, quality,
and cycle time.
Our team is growing, and we are in search of a GP Strategic Program
Manager to manage a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives in
support of our growing team's objectives. In this role, you will
own and collaborate on several projects and programs - driving,
monitoring, and executing through all phases from initiation to
sustainment. Key projects include facilitating our team's annual
strategic planning process, establishing team dashboard, KPIs and
SharePoint, creating and maintaining annual GP business calendar,
owning the supplier engagement matrix, driving team member
engagement and work-life integration projects, facilitating events,
etc.
This is a strategic role that requires collaboration with business
partners to ensure business needs are met. This includes
understanding how a project impacts the strategic roadmap and
aligning project execution to help achieve business objectives.
Success in this role depends on the ability to manage multiple
initiatives and bring structure and discipline of standard project
and program management tools to ensure execution.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Program and Project Management
Manage and own projects / programs from inception to sustainment -
including identifying project objectives and success criteria,
creating and executing program timelines, identifying resource
needs, assessing and mitigating risks, etc
Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to deliver
program results
Maintain regular status communications to key stakeholders & report
program KPIs
Identify and raise roadblocks, develop solutions and proposals to
remove roadblocks
Create and execute communication and change management plans to
improve ROI and adoption
Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons learned into
program plans
Develop and facilitate program governance structures to ensure
ongoing alignment with GP strategy and business needs
Contribute To GP Strategy Team
Define & facilitate GP Strategy team strategic process including
development of vision / mission and strategy
Create team dashboard and process for regular monitoring and
reporting of KPIs and metrics
Create and manage team SharePoint for outward facing stakeholders
and for internal visibility on key projects, KPIs and outcomes

Qualifications And Skills
Three to five years of experience program/project management or
related field
Bachelor's degree required
Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills
Experience with SharePoint Online preferred
Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
Project management professional certification (PMP) preferred
Procurement and /or supply chain knowledge a plus
