Work you'll do
As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team planning and executing
projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions
with the business priorities of the Audit & Assurance practice. You
will be responsible for supporting our learning strategy and
ongoing A&A learning transformation over time. Reporting to
Development COE Leadership, your responsibilities may
include:
- Leading the design, development, pilot, delivery, and
evaluation of innovative learning and capability development
solutions that support Deloitte Audit & Assurance professionals'
performance and growth
- Defining and executing L&D strategies in collaboration with
Development COE Leadership, senior Audit & Assurance leaders, and
cross-functional Talent stakeholders
- Providing centralized direction and oversight of the learning
strategy and plan, including continual evaluation of the current
state to inform strategy for the future
- Setting the vision for innovative solutions across all Learning
Modernization pillars (e.g., Adaptive learning, Assessments,
Pre-assessments, Item analysis and test writing, applications for
Right Use, etc.)
- Leading assessment analytics and driving measurement strategy
across portfolio teams and ensure coordination across workstreams
and leadership groups
- Leading project teams, which may include Development
Specialists and Peers, Subject Matter Resources, Delivery Managers,
vendors, and India-based instructional designers and technical
teams, to ensure the effective development and delivery of
experiments, pilots, portfolio innovation strategies, and processes
- Employing an agile, flexible, and human-centered design
approach, adopting the learner perspective to iteratively clarify
needs and ideate impactful development solutions
- Aligning project teams and stakeholders to implement highly
effective and innovative learning modernization solutions,
including digitized content, proficiency measurement strategies,
individualized learning paths, and development in the flow of
work
- Leveraging market research for learning innovations, new
technologies, and benchmarks to create and deploy leading practice
learning experiences
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and Deloitte policies and
guidelines related to Continuing Professional Education and quality
requirements
- Building, managing, and leveraging positive, collaborative
partnerships among business stakeholders, SMRs and peers
- Providing functional expertise to identify, research, and
resolve complex problems
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree; Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced,
complex, multi-tasking, virtual professional services environment
- Demonstrated analytics experience; ability to analyze and
synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data from multiple
sources to identify themes and develop compelling recommendations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present
data-driven insights and trends
- Strong critical thinking ability to identify interdependencies
between issues, data, and outcomes
- Significant end-to-end project/program management experience in
successfully conceptualizing, planning, managing, delivering, and
monitoring multiple, concurrent, and complex workstreams in a
matrixed organization with aggressive timelines
- Established track record for taking a consultative approach to
designing and delivering innovative learning programs with
measurable business results that meet stakeholder needs
- Proven ability to communicate ideas and insights in person,
virtually, and in writing, succinctly and with impact,
understanding what is relevant vs. what is "noise" to audiences at
all management levels
- Highly creative, divergent thinker, demonstrated ability to
think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas, approaches,
and solutions
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills,
including with senior leaders
- Strong command of MS Office skills and ability to produce
deliverables that carry a "stamp of excellence."
- Up to 20% travel could be required based on role
responsibilities
Preferred:
- Advanced degrees or certifications in Organizational Behavior
or Industrial / Organizational Psychology or related field
- Prior consulting or professional services experience
- Experience leading and delivering strategic communications and
change management strategies
- Leadership experience working in learning and development or
talent management organizations
