In order to fuel our dynamic growth, we are selectively adding top performing sales professionals (or leaders) within our Boston area. We are looking for someone who thrives in a culture comprised of energized employees who build long-term relationships and work as part of a team committed to succeeding together. Core Responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing and expanding new business opportunities with prospective clients and established accounts within assigned geographic region in emerging market biotech space
  • Proactively identifying and establishing relationships with key decision-makers within primary target market and territory
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through consistent, quality interactions with client contacts.
  • Understanding competitor strengths and weaknesses to effectively articulate BioBridges' competitive advantage.
  • Effectively communicate client needs, expectations and culture to management and resourcing within BioBridges.
  • Accountable for developing and tracking a robust business development pipeline and proactively advancing potential opportunities through the sales cycle.
    Minimum Requirements
    • BS/BA degree
    • 1-2 years in contract or service-based sales
    • 1-2 years in life insurance sales
    • Available to work in Waltham office location
    • The ability to develop and maintain key business relationships
    • The ability to focus on achieving daily, weekly, and long-term goals
    • Outstanding inter-personal, negotiation and organization skills
    • Self-motivation and are highly presentable and team oriented
