Manager, Energy Utilization. This position is located at the Boise,
Idaho corporate office.This is a great opportunity for the right

electricity, natural gas and water consumption at Company

calling and drive is to make an impact.Key Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
- Implement assigned goals and objectives for energy, water and
natural gas usage and conservation
- Manage capital budget projects across multiple divisions,
providing financial cost-benefit analysis and project health
- Identify and present improvement opportunities in energy, water
and natural gas usage
- Manage energy, water and natural gas projects end to end,
including project close-out and all required documentation
- Maximize and track project incentives to improve expected
returns
- Analyze and communicate the financial impact of assigned
energy, water and natural gas efficiency projects and
initiatives
- Identify and implement new, processes, procedures and equipment
that improve the Company's energy intensity
- Review existing facility processes and procedures, evaluating
them against new technology applications with focus toward
continuous improvement
- Assist Construction and Procurement departments with the
evaluation, development and selection of corporate criteria for
mechanical HVAC-R, other facility mechanical systems and facility
service equipment
- Analyze utility bill database(s) data for Division specific
energy utilization dashboard reports ,identifying facility
electricity, natural gas and water utilization anomalies. Work with
internal stakeholders to address issues and communicate
resolution
- Provide support and information to all stakeholders of any
virtual commissioning and employee engagement programs across the
enterprise
- Provide Energy Star data submission required by municipalities
or states on a timely basis
- Maintain monthly communication with Utility account managers to
ensure a current understanding of opportunities and
programsQualifications:
- 4-year college degree required. B.S. preferred; Engineering
and/or financial discipline preferred
- Project Management training preferred
- CEM qualification preferred
- 2 years energy and water utilization industry experience;
energy and water efficiency and conservation; project management of
small and medium size projects ($25,000 to $250,000); required
- Experience with standard building systems (HVAC, refrigeration,
lighting, controls, building shells, etc.) preferred
- Exceptional problem solving, and analytical skills
required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency
required
- Knowledge of HVAC/R/EMS mechanical commissioning experience
required
- Energy Management System (EMS) Programming experience
preferred
- Experience with energy auditing, commissioning and utility
billing preferred
