Job Description:
Lead, Vendor Relationship Management (Rewards, Recognition and
Well-being)
In this role, you will support the activities and projects
associated with our US and US-India Rewards, Recognition and
Well-being (RRWB) Vendor Management Program. This program
centralizes the management of RRWB vendors to reduce risk, optimize
spend, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of vendor
relationships and their respective products and/or services. You
will support RRWB vendor contracting, evaluations, performance
monitoring, reporting, relationship management, and related
inquiries. Additionally, you will support special projects to
address continuously evolving business needs, including vendor
implementations, strategic initiatives, and process improvement.
You will work closely with stakeholders and colleagues across
various areas of the firm, and report to the Manager, Business
Program Management (RRWB Vendor Management).
Work you'll do
The individual selected for this role must have the ability to work
independently and lead efforts on a variety of projects in a high
volume, fast paced, and sometimes nebulous environment.

Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable
estimate of the compensation range for this role. The wage range
for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are
considered in making compensation decisions including but not
limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and
certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The
disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable
geographic differential associated with the location at which the
position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an
individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their
role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and
circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current
range is $71,425-$131,545.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual
incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program,
whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including,
without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
