This People Leader will be responsible for pharmacy project portfolio governance and project relationship management that will directly support the front-end operations of the Advanced home delivery pharmacy. S/he will lead a team of Workforce Managers, Business Owners/analysts of the applications used by the front-end teams, pharmacy training, and operational reporting for front-end business metrics. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Manages portfolio and project activities of pharmacy business unit, prioritization funding, scheduling, execution, and delivery of project work performed by vendor. Directs Pharmacy Operations Excellence resources and oversees accuracy and timeliness of project deliverables to ensure objectives are met. Coordinates budget activities and staffing levels of multiple projects. Evaluates and provides direction on impact of change to current pharmacy portfolio plan with fiscal responsibility for pharmacy project budget. Implements policies, practices and procedures. Facilitates project related escalations. Provides leadership to teams responsible for coordinating delivery of all new, renewing, and migrating pharmacy business. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.Can work remotely from any US LocationRequires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years management experience in a complex business and systems environment, minimum of 5 years project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Highly preferred experience:-experience in a central fill or mail-order pharmacy-workforce management system experience-experience supporting a call center, preferably a pharmacy call centerApplicable to Colorado Applicants OnlyAnnual Salary Range*: $130,000- $163,000Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
