Job Description:
The Provider Communications Manager will be responsible for all
levels of communication with BPA Health network providers. -The
Provider Communications Manager is responsible for consistent,
clear, and transparent communication to all providers in the
network and will work in collaboration with the provider network
team to develop and implement a comprehensive provider
communications strategy and plan to ensure smooth and consistent
messaging to the BPA Health provider network.
Responsibilities:
--- Create, implement, and execute the provider communications
strategy and plan in collaboration with internal and external
stakeholders for provider network communication -
--- Develop strategies for engaging with and communicating with
providers -
--- Leads and manages all external provider communication from
planning to execution by providing timely deliverables and updates

--- Identify and develop strategies to reach the target market -

--- Write, edit, and proofread materials for external
communications -
--- Ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement and approval on all
external communications -
--- Produce and edit provider-related publications including
handbooks, brochures, website content, newsletters, etc. -
--- Other duties as assigned -
Qualifications:
--- In-depth knowledge of best practices for best writing and
messaging practices -
--- Exceptional organizational abilities -
--- Medical and behavioral health terminology knowledge -
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills -
--- Strong attention to detail -
--- Highly skilled with Microsoft Windowstm and Microsoft Officetm
software -
--- Strong organizational, analytical, and computer skills -
--- Willingness to suggest process efficiencies and improvements

--- Ability to work independently to complete personally assigned
tasks, as well as participate in group project action items -
--- Takes a collaborative approach to team assignments and special
projects -
--- Ability to manage projects with internal and external
stakeholders -
--- Adherence to deadlines and accuracy requirements -

--- Bachelor's Degree or above in Communications, Business
Administration, Marketing, or other related field required - -
--- Experience in healthcare administration preferred -
--- Knowledge of HIPAA and related privacy and security laws
preferred -
--- Provider network management experience preferred -
--- 3+ years of professional experience is preferred
