IT Asset Manager at ICF in Boise, Idaho, United States Job
Description ICF is seeking an IT Asset Manager to work in our
Corporate Information Technology (CIT) organization. ICF's IT Asset
Manager is responsibility for the operations of the IT Asset
Lifecycle management function. This includes the maintenance of
records and databases containing information regarding licenses,
warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware
and software. The IT Asset Manager m inimizes organizational cost s
through product standardization and tracking throughout the product
lifetime. Interfaces with internal and external customers and
vendors while adhering to company policies. Key Responsibilities: +
Identify gaps in strategic objectives vs current state . Define
measurable executable plan to meet the strategic objectives .
Execute plans , meeting defined timelines and milestones with
extreme ownership + Formulate and execute plans to improve overall
accuracy and utility of the CMDB and its utility to Corporate IT
decisions and planning. + Responsible to track and ensure the
accuracy of ITAM hardware, software, contracts, and purchases
throughout product lifecycle. + Evaluate current ITAM and SAM
guidelines, process es, procedures , recommen ding changes to d
evelop or update procedures for hardware and software provisioning
process across the company + Recommend and e stablish new processes
, fostering improvements to provisioning, acquisitions, recovery,
or asset tracking. + Oversee and manage software portals for
provisioning of software licenses across the company globally which
include Microsoft, Adobe, JetBrains , Tableau, etc. + Define
corporate hardware platform and software configuration standards. +
Manages corporate PC life-cycle program, PC inventory, and surplus
disposal including the management and administration of CMDB . +
Assures software license compliance for all c orporate owned
software titles and associated agreements . + Interfaces with
senior level management to deliver metrics, presentations, budget
information and audit preparedness . + Consult on the metrics used
to monitor ITAM performance + Facilitate the business' needs for
ongoing technical support and upgrade protection on selected
products by ensuring that maintenance, support and upgrade
protection renewals are managed / handled / ordered in advance of
their expiration + Identify and realize savings opportunities for
renewals, software licensing, and services. Follow through with
Procurement, Finance and Technology Leaders to obtain identified
savings + Manage contracts and relationships to maximize value
creation and costs for software licensing, maintenance, and service
offerings Basic Qualifications: + 5+ years of related experience
supporting IT Asset Management + 3+ years of ITAM Program
experience Preferred Skills/Experience: + Extensive knowledge and
experience with software management and licensing agreements, must
have Microsoft and Adobe experience . + Expert knowledge and
experience with CMDB and ITSM tools and processes + Strong vendor
management and negotiation skills + IAITAM (CSAM, CITAM) or
equivalent certification + Knowledge of ITIL best practices Working

that are considered in determining final pay for a position,
including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills,
certifications and competencies that align to the specified role,
