Bring with you your great experience with GL, forecasting, AP/AR, and all GAAP principles. You will make sure all policies, procedures, and internal controls are effective and in compliance with restricted grants, and donations and ensure flawless audits. Cash management and reconciliation are just a small part of what you will do. Your experience in the oversight of all general accounting functions, including payroll will make your transition much smoother.
