"Buy Here - Pay Here" sector is the fastest growing segment of the retail automotive industry.Portfolio Managers are responsible for resolving customer delinquency and insuring that customer goals of establishing or re-establishing credit are met through timely payments. Also responsible for achieving established delinquency, charge-off and total collection goals.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieving positive results in three key areas: Customer Service, Operations, and Administration.Focuses on the customer by asking questions, listening and determining solutions to problems.Understands the objective of establishing or re-establishing customer credit.Contacts all delinquent customers by phone, or if necessary, in person, to arrange payment.Achieves daily and monthly calls and account-delinquency percentage goals.Interviews, budgets, credit scores, verifies, and evaluates each loan applicant.Job detailsPay$16.00 - $20.00 per hourWeekly and Monthly bonuses totaling up to $1400.Job typeFull-timeNumber of openings for this position2Schedule8 hour shiftBenefitsHealth insurancePaid time offDental insurance401(k)Vision insurance
