Gensco has an immediate need for an HVAC Equipment Territory Manager to service new and established accounts in Boise, ID!This position starts with a guaranteed salary between $60,000+ based on experience.After training period, this position is base salary plus uncapped commission.SummaryPerform a broad range of responsibilities for commercial equipment sales, customer development, value engineering support, system design assistance and sales support responsibilities.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service with a concierge attitude toward customersSell commercial and industrial HVAC equipment to Commercial Equipment CustomersAttain all individual Sales goals and improves market share in: Light Commercial Equipment Sales, "new account" sales, "new commercial product" sales, growth of existing commercial products, and marketing program/sales initiative performanceAttend training sessions with customers and take an active role in helping those customers execute on resulting action plansSupport Region Credit Manager in dealing with customer credit and collections issues.Education/Experience/SkillsBachelor's degree or 4 years related experience preferredRelated industry outside sales experienceHigh level of proficiency in computer technology including Microsoft Office.Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving recordThinks creatively and identifies sales opportunities.Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills.Proactive, self-motivated.Positive approach toward challenging situations.Strong decision-making abilities: understand impact and implications of decisions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong people management and time management skills.Able to travel to multiple facilities as required and overnight(s) if necessary.About GenscoGensco, Inc. is a successful HVAC wholesale distributor and manufacturer doing business in the Northwest for over 75 years.
