Job Description:
A company is looking for a Full-Stack Technical Lead
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of engineers, including code review and pair
programming
Support the career growth of team members through regular
one-on-ones and mentorship
Contribute to the development and deployment of full-stack
software
Required Qualifications:
Prior management experience, preferably with small teams
Working understanding of technologies such as Typescript, React.js,
GraphQL, Node.js, and Postgres
Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior
engineers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
