Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Support to
lead and support their passionate and growing communities
domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, lead, and motivate the customer support team
Partner with International leadership to execute key initiatives
and new launches
Project manage and lead new initiatives, digital launches, and
special situation affiliate projects
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in operations, customer support, program
management, or related disciplines
2+ years of leadership experience
Demonstrated advanced abilities in decision making, planning,
leadership, and communication
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
