Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive marketing strategies and efforts across product
marketing, brand, and demand gen on all leveraged channels
Build and manage a high-performing, data-driven, collaborative, and
productive team of diverse marketers
Own and optimize marketing roadmap including key industry
milestones, target accounts, campaigns, clear objectives and KPIs
to guide and measure the success of our efforts
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related field
10+ years of experience in b2b marketing roles/teams
5+ years of experience leading b2b marketing teams
7+ years of healthcare, payor, and/or government programs
experience (healthcare tech experience preferred)
Proven experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation
tools
