Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Retention Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of escalated accounts and resolve customer
issues
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify root causes and
develop remediation plans
Serve as a liaison between customers and leadership, ensuring
timely resolution of complex issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of customer-facing sales or relationship management
experience in a SaaS environment
Confident in leading meetings with executive stakeholders and
resolving issues collaboratively
Familiarity with Salesforce Reporting, Dashboards, CPQ, and
Opportunities is preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills
