This role is a unique opportunity to lead and manage various construction projects, specifically in the multi-family and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family, podium construction, stick frame construction, commercial ground up, wood frame, healthcare construction, and multifamily construction. Responsibilities:As a Permanent Project Manager, you will be tasked with the following:1. Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists, ensuring all parties are aligned with project goals and timelines.3. Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple or large scale projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.4. Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.5. Coordinating and leading project meetings, providing clear communication and direction to the team.6. Conducting risk management, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions when problems arise.7. Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as adhering to company safety policies.Qualifications:The successful candidate for the Permanent Project Manager position should possess the following:1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.2. Proven experience in multi-family, podium construction, stick frame construction, commercial ground up, wood frame, healthcare construction, and multifamily construction.3. Demonstrable ability to lead and manage large scale construction projects from start to finish.4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.5. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.6. Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.7. Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant computer applications.8.
