Description:Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Clinic Director to join our outpatient team in Emmett, Idaho. In addition to Mountain Land's focus on professional growth and caring company culture, this Clinic Director position includes:$10,000 - $20,000 relocation bonusCompetitive annual income of $90,000-$130,000+Tuition reimbursement$1,500 - $2,000 in annual continuing educationRobust medical benefit packagePhysical Therapist Clinic Director Daily Responsibilities Include:Overseeing the management of a busy outpatient clinic with the full support of our experienced teams in human resources, marketing, information technology, finance, billing, compliance, and referral development. Managing a team of professional and support staff to reach clear goals with revenue, profit margins, and quality.Participating in management and leadership training.
