Job Description:

enterprises related to agriculture.SummaryThe incumbent supports
the on-going operations of the Global Privacy, Records and
Information Management Team to ensure that all information is
managed from creation through disposition. This role requires
working with stakeholders and the Team to assure compliance with
legal, regulatory, privacy, financial, and operational
recordkeeping requirements. The position applies the privacy and
content management disciplines to digital as well as legacy
records, performing quality control checks and remediation.
Performs complex searches in support of compliance, legal, audit
and discovery requests.Senior Analyst only: In addition to above,
the position supports Simplot's digital business strategy, ensuring
the application of the privacy and content management disciplines
to digital as well as legacy records, balancing compliance, cost,
and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipates in a
variety of projects implementing the Global Records and Information
Management and Privacy Policies and Global Retention Schedules.
--Works with the Team on classifications, research, and collection
quality control. Determines appropriate description, retention, and
disposition of Simplot's information assets in a timely manner;
recording issues and decisions on schedule implementation and
applications for program continuity.--Senior Analyst only:--Leads
or participates in a variety of projects critical to implementing
the Global Privacy, Records and Information Management and Global
Retention Schedules, as they apply to applications, databases, and
other systems that maintain and process electronic information and
records. Audits, inventories, and surveys of legacy records,
information systems and applications, in coordination with
stakeholders, to determine the lifecycle of the
information.--Serves as Tier 2 contact for customer inquiries.
Conducts inventories of legacy and electronic information systems
and applications, working closely with the Team to identify privacy
information, determine and recommend --protection, and retention
for information and records. Accounts for the life-cycle of
information assets from creation through final destruction or
placement in an archive. --Responds to queries, instructing staff
on the proper organization, retention, and final disposition of
information assets.Senior Analyst Only:--Serves as Tier 3 contact
for customer inquiries. --Directs/conducts complex searches and
holds, ensuring the consistent preservation of company information
for retention, legal discovery, audits, investigations, and
administrative holds. Develops SQL syntax for holds placed on and
removed from information assets judged relevant to pending
actions.--Studies privacy and information related business
processes, issues, and applications and assist in implementing the
recommended solutions. Participation in the selection and
implementation of automated solutions to issues with privacy and
electronic information and records management.Senior Analyst
Only:--Oversees the application of the decommissioning process
checklists and facilitates the archiving or disposal of system data
per the Global Retention Schedules. Ensures appropriate
destruction/capture of record information from systems being
decommissioned.Conducts complex searches and performs application
of legal holds with the Team, ensuring the consistent preservation
of company information for retention, legal discovery, audits,
investigations, and administrative holds. Develops advanced boolean
searches to identify and retrieve information objects needed for
discovery, investigations, audits, etc. and prepares documents for
Counsel review.------Senior Analyst Only:Provides
training/briefings on information management and privacy policies,
retention schedules, electronic records and information management
systems. Leads the cataloging and retention of legacy information
systems, including offline media, microforms, artifacts, and
paper--Typical EducationBachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4
year college or university or equivalentRelevant Experience5+ years

understanding of the principles of privacy, information lifecycle
management and/or records management. Working experience with
management and preservation of electronic records (preferred)Senior

years of progressively responsible, applicable work experience is
needed for a successful candidate; electronic content management

working with change management, information technology and legal
departments, and privacy initiatives preferred4.Experience with

federal and state laws regarding the retention of records and
information, with respect for compliance, as well as the security
and privacy of information.5.Ability to adapt and maintain
