Living by these virtues, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and the highest quality of care.We are looking to hire a Full-Time Registered Nurse for our Critical Care Float Pool at our Level II Trauma Center in Boise! This position will be located at our Regional Medical Center off I-184 and Curtis Rd. The schedule for this position is 12 hour shifts rotating16 weeks on days and 16 weeks on nights.   • Have an opportunity to work in a Level II Trauma Center and a Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center
  • Provide next level care for critically ill patients
  • Have the opportunity to grow and advance in your nursing career as we continue to develop and expand our critical care program What you can expect:
    • RN's working in the critical care float pool have the opportunity to float to our ICU, CICU, CVICU, Emergency Department, and our Neuro ICU when it opens in February 2023
    • To care for the same high acuity patients that nurses working in these units are caring for.
    • To work in fast paced, high-pressure environments that care for some of the area's highest acuity patients needing neuro, medical, surgical, cardiac and trauma care
    • An opportunity to work independently and autonomously in critical care areas What you will need to start work with us: General Requirements:
      • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Idaho
      • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon within 6 months
      • BLS at date of hire
      • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support for HealthCare Provider (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
      • PALS, NRP, TNCC certifications within 12 months of hire
