Job Description:

The Terraces of Boise, one of 13 HumanGood communities honored by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Nursing Home in 2024" is hiring a Full-time, Day shift (6am-6pm) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for its Assisted Living/Memory Support team.
Full-time Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
6am - 6pm $30-$38/hr. (DOE)
$3,000 Sign On Bonus New LPN/LVN Grads Always Welcome to ApplyOur Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm; develop assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.To be successful in the role, you would have:

Prior nursing experience in Memory Support working with Persons/Residents living with Dementia highly desirable
Current LPN/LVN license in the state for which applying
Current CPR certification
