• Care Management System Office - Consultant position available.
  • Schedule Information
  • 8hr shifts
    • Unit Specific Information
    • Demonstrating Case Management best practices for staff including Nursing & Social work team
    • Overseeing clinical practice components of nurse & social work education and training programs (documentation, obtaining consent, running interdisciplinary rounds, completing assessments, incorporate clinical pathways for top DRGs, & discharge planning)
    • Helping to develop curriculum for nurse training programs in cooperation with other faculty or directors of nursing (complex cases, transitions of care programs, observation cases, discharge before noon protocols, etc.)
    • Partner with directors of CM/SW/CRM on staff with issues performance as well as manage attendance for required staff training
    • Staying up to date on the latest advances in medicine and changes to best practice standards for patient care
      • Additional Details
      • BLS is not required
      • Will travel between Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Magic Valley
