Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Boise Coronary Observation Unit at St. Luke's Health System.About the RoleThis is a full-time nursing position that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse in our Coronary Observation Unit, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of individualized care plans.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying their unique needs and developing strategies to address them.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.Requirements
  • Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience: 1 year or RN experience.
  • Tele/ICU/POHA experience strongly preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
