As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.About the RoleAs a skilled nursing LPN, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Conducting regular assessments to identify resident needs and preferences
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitionsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A current LPN/LVN license in the state of Idaho
  • Current CPR certification
