Job Description:

Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) position available for night shift at a reputable assisted living and memory support facility.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, promote a safe and healthy environment, and work collaboratively with the care team.
Key responsibilities include:

• Providing nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
  
• Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the care team
  
• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment
    
  • Current CPR certification
    
  • Prior nursing experience in memory support, preferably working with individuals with dementia
