mannerSECONDARY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESCross-trained to work in
Pre-Admission Testing. Responsible for providing complete surgical
charts to prep areas the day before scheduled surgery. Will ensure
patient safety by thorough review of the patients chart, written
orders, and communication with physicians and other healthcare
providers. This position is responsible and accountable for the
supervision of, and obtaining, preoperative lab reports, physician
orders, previous medical history documentation, and will adhere to
Treasure Valley Hospitals policies, procedures, and established
standards and protocols.Qualifications:License or
CertificationIdaho RN license, BLS. Nurse Navigator Certification
preferred.Total Education, Vocational Training, and ExperienceBSN
from an accredited nursing school; minimum of 2.5 years nursing
experience and knowledge in orthopedics. Total joint replacement
experience is preferred.Min: USD $40.00/Hr. Max: USD $44.00/Hr.by
