Job Description:
MV Transportation, Inc., a leader in public transportation
services across North America, is seeking a dedicated Eligibility
Manager to oversee and improve our transportation eligibility
programs. This role focuses on managing eligibility criteria for
our varied transportation services, ensuring compliance with both
regulatory requirements and company policies, and enhancing
customer satisfaction. The Eligibility Manager will play a pivotal
role in orchestrating seamless transportation solutions tailored
for diverse communitiesincluding seniors, individuals with
disabilities, and low-income residents. Develop, implement, and
maintain eligibility policies and procedures in accordance with
federal, state, and local regulations. Manage the assessment
process for service eligibility, ensuring a customer-friendly,
efficient, and equitable system. Supervise and train eligibility
staff, providing ongoing support and professional development
opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to integrate
eligibility requirements with overall service planning and
operations. Handle appeals and grievances related to eligibility
determinations, maintaining high standards of customer service.
Prepare and monitor reports on eligibility services, making
recommendations for enhancements based on data analysis. Engage
with community organizations and stakeholders to ensure broad
understanding and support of the eligibility criteria. Strong
analytical and decision-making skills Excellent leadership and team
management abilities Proficient in data management and analysis
tools Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge
of relevant transportation and disability laws Medical Insurance
