Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 01/12/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist – Contract (13 Weeks) Location: Baker City, OR 97814 Schedule: 40 hrs/week | Days (07:30–18:00) | Occasional Saturday coverage Setting: Critical access rural hospital Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 13?week contract assignment at a critical access rural hospital. The role includes a large portion of inpatient and swing bed rehabilitation, along with outpatient orthopedics and occasional neuro cases based on experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide inpatient, swing bed, and outpatient physical therapy services - Create and implement individualized treatment plans - Work collaboratively with the clinical team - Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements: - Active Physical Therapist (PT) license — Oregon or eligibility for OR licensure - AHA BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) – Required - Previous hospital or rehab experience - Strong clinical and communication skills
