gastroenterologist to join our growing, collegial, and
multi-disciplinary team in Boise, ID focused on providing

of three gastroenterologists and two advanced practitioners. You

The selected physician will provide gastroenterology services in
both our outpatient and inpatient settings. We have a high
functioning full services endoscopy suite and a very light call
burden. Duties to include outpatient procedures (colonoscopy, upper
endoscopy, ERCP if trained), gastroenterology clinic and inpatient
consultative service. Position consists of procedural and clinical
duties and works collaboratively with other specialists as
necessary in providing the best care to Veterans. The position
provides an outstanding opportunity for individuals committed to an
academic focus with clinical care, teaching and even research
opportunities. Selected candidate will be considered for a faculty
appointment within the Department of Medicine at University of
Washington and be involved with educating and teaching of medical
students, residents & other providers. The gastroenterology team
serves patients across the spectrum of inpatient and outpatient
care for more than 30,000 veterans. Work Schedule : Full-time,
Monday-Friday, I would include that compressed schedule could be
negotiated if this is something you are open to U.S. Citizenship,
although non-US Citizens may be considered. Current, full, and
unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in the U.S.
Board Certification preferred, but Board Eligibility may also be
