be considered. Providing critical care in a fast-paced Emergency
Department requires skill, focus, and leadership. This opportunity
is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care,
responsible for delivering quality patient care while managing
priorities in a dynamic environment. The role emphasizes
accountability, critical thinking, and collaboration with
healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective treatment.
Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Emergency
Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process. Apply knowledge of the
state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies to maintain
compliance. Exercise clinical judgment and leadership in assessing
patient needs and planning care. Supervise and delegate tasks to
team members based on their experience and education. Maintain
competency through ongoing education and training. Ensure safe and
timely delivery of care in a busy emergency setting. Desired
Experience and Qualifications: Valid RN license with Emergency Room
experience. Current certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and
TNCC. Proven ability to manage high-acuity patients and prioritize
workload effectively. Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to wear blue scrubs as part of professional attire.
