Direct and manage all aspects of pharmaceutical services across the company’s facilities. Oversee the selection, procurement, distribution, and safe storage of medications. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory laws as well as best practice guidelines in pharmaceutical operations. Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance quality of care and cost-efficiency. Lead, train, and develop a highly effective pharmacy team. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Manage budgets and forecast resource requirements. Stay abreast of advancements in pharmacology and healthcare technology. Strong leadership and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of pharmacological regulations and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in pharmaceutical inventory management Ability to strategize and solve complex problems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current and active pharmacist licensure Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) or similar certification preferred
