Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650 provider multispecialty group practice seeking Family Medicine physicians to join our teams across the Boise Metro area. Our Family Practice clinics are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life. All of our clinics have on-site lab and x-ray, and utilize EPIC EHR . Some of our sites are embedded with other services such Urgent Care, PT, and Occupational Medicine. Our teams have great support with 1:1 MA, Team Nurses, and Population Health clinical staff. We have openings in both large and small clinic settings across the area: Lake Hazel Clinic (SW Boise) Bown Crossing Clinic (SE Boise) Overland Clinic (W Boise) We offer 4-day workweeks, limited call (1:30) phone only with excellent triage service. We have offer robust benefits (including health/dental/vision effective day 1), and competitive compensation. Reduced FTE available depending on physician preference. Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program Board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) ( or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment ) Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA Community Boise, Idaho's Capital City anchors a vibrant and growing mid-sized metropolitan area of 690,000 people.
