Job Description:

Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This position allows you
to work across various units, including inpatient rehabilitation,
home health, and hospice care, providing critical support to
patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. Our

Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in patient outcomes,
contributing to a team that stands at the forefront of healthcare
service. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the
standards of care and the policies and procedures of Encompass
Health Corporation. Assess patient conditions, administer
medications, maintain patient records, and communicate patient
progress to multidisciplinary team members. Educate patients and
their families on illness, injury management, and wellness tips,
providing emotional support and guidance. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to plan or modify patient treatment plans
based on assessed needs and changes in patient status. Monitor all
aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity, and
prepare equipment and aids physicians during treatments and
examinations of patients. Strong clinical skills with an ability to
handle severe health crises Effective communication and empathetic
patient-facing skills Detail-oriented with a strong adherence to
healthcare safety protocols Ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary healthcare team Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
