This role is pivotal in providing top-tier speech therapy services within our diverse patient population, aiding in their recovery from significant illness and injury. As a Speech Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients. Evaluate patient speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities. Develop and implement well-structured therapy plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Educate patients and family members about communication strategies and techniques. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation according to regulatory bodies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Adept in usage of speech therapy technology and tools Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced team environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
