Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. • Travel experience is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Must have post procedural cardiac experience (cath lab, ablations, open heart). Must be able to read and interpret tele and document it appropriately. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer PCU and Stepdown experience. Special Requests: Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: The facility may make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but exceptions must be approved by St. Luke’s Health System. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: 5-6 weekend shifts in 6 week schedule. Nights: Fri/Sat. Holiday Requirement: May be asked to work Holidays, would not be expected to work every Holiday. Block scheduling is not guaranteed. Floating Requirements: Traveler will be expected to float between Tele 3 & 7. Travelers are first to float; They can be floated to any other MS, MS-Tele, or Tele unit within the hospital and at their sister facilities- Meridian & Nampa. Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
