Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated Dialysis RN
Charge Nurse to oversee dialysis treatment services at our
specialized facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring
high-quality care and operational management of the dialysis unit.
The successful candidate will lead a team of nursing professionals,
manage dialysis treatment plans, and ensure compliance with all
health and safety standards. Join our network of compassionate
healthcare professionals and contribute to our noble cause of
enhancing patient lives through outstanding medical care. Supervise
and mentor staff during dialysis sessions. Monitor patient care and
maintain high safety and health standards. Administer dialysis
treatments according to physician orders and protocols. Manage the
dialysis unit's daily operations, including scheduling and
equipment maintenance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
improve patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with all relevant
regulations and standards. Profound knowledge of dialysis treatment
and procedures. Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle
high-stress situations and make critical decisions. Proficiency in
using medical software and dialysis machinery. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Certified
Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
preferred.
