Job Description:

DEA: yes CSR: yes Minimum experience required: 1 year (will consider 6 months, but this is the minimum) Credentialing Timeframe: about 30-45 days if licensed.
If non-licensed/pending license, can take up to 90-120 days.
Supervision Model: The supervision model is max of 4:1 ratio.
If they re looking for an independent role, the facility has another campus nearby that offers an Independent model, but must perform OB Scrubs are provided in Dept.
