opportunity for a licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner who is
interested in supporting the growth of an Occupational Medicine
practice located in Boise, Idaho. Saint Alphonsus Medical Group
(SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 450+ provider
multispecialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for
an Advanced Practice Provider who is committed to a
multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care.
Responsibilities for this role include management of the
Occupational Medicine patient in collaboration with the patients
employer and/or surety. The qualified candidate will exude passion
about Occupational Medicine health issues and demonstrate evidence
of comprehensive assessment skills, expert clinical skills and
problem solving abilities. The candidate should possess knowledge
of OSHA and health and safety regulations. The clinic recently
moved to a brand new, state-of-the-art 13,000 square foot facility
that is conveniently located in close proximity to Saint Alphonsus
Regional Medical Center. Other services at this practice location
include Family Medicine and Urgent Care.
The schedule for this opportunity is a traditional clinic work
week, Monday through Friday with no less than 36 hours of scheduled
patient contact time. Requirements for this opportunity include a
strong medical background and a desire to develop a practice to
support a growing multi-specialty medical group. The provider is
also expected to possess or be eligible to obtain a current,
unrestricted Nurse Practitioner medical license in Idaho as well as
a valid controlled substance registration with Idaho; Board of
Pharmacy and DEA.
In providing this support, the selected candidate will maintain and
strengthen the Health System's general internal program across all
communities served. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center Boise, Idaho, is a 387 bed
regional medical center serving people throughout the Northwest and
is the principal provider of advanced, innovative and

verified Level II Trauma Center whose annual trauma volumes exceed
1,250 with over 400 patients with an ISS> 16.
