SUMMARYPlans, directs, and coordinates escrow activities by performing the following duties personally or through team members. The Roving Team Leader is essential in providing support and coverage throughout the Treasure Valley and is a critical member of the Company's leadership team and will participate in strategic operations and initiatives.DESCRIPTIONESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Provides leadership to Escrow team members by performing such duties as recruiting, interviewing applicants, training, scheduling, coaching and resolving conflicts, coordinating with other departments, conducting individual and team meetings, establishing and monitoring performance objectives, assist with feedback on performance appraisals and recommendations for wage increases. Works with Branch Team Leaders to ensure team members live to our core values and that we maintain a healthy culture.Assists Team Leaders with establishing county specific business objectives including marketing, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. Ensures that county plans are aligned with Company strategy and mission. Works with Branch Team Leaders and Sales Team Leader to develop and grow Escrow Officer production and ensure goals are met.Manages and controls daily escrow production operations in Treasure Valley where needed. Establishes, monitors and updates standard operating processes for escrow team including; a) SOP documentation b) Conducts periodic production meetings c) Performs quarterly file audits on each escrow officer d) Enforces escrow accounting policies and controls e) Ensures escrow procedures and policies comply with state and federal regulatory requirements.Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized. Undertakes similar steps to assess company's opportunities and threats relative to competitor strategies.Follows State, Federal, and Company rules, regulations and policies regarding settlement services including Department of Insurance regulations/guidelines and Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act (RESPA) in accordance with State Law.MEASUREMENTS:Employee satisfaction (EGS), customer satisfaction and retention, attaining market share goals in targeted market segments, County's budgeted financial results and satisfactory completion of objectives outlined in annual TitleOne Marketing Operations Plan (MOPS) and Realogy Talent Management (RTM).PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • BS or BA in Business Administration preferred.
  • Marketing major or equivalent major or experience.
    • Five years professional marketing and/or business management experience.
      • Proven track record of leadership and people development.
